Chip(s) off the Ol' Block

The kids like to pretend they're going shopping. Bonnie takes her doll in the stroller and goes to the "grocery store."

Kellen: I'm going to the store, too.

Me: What store?

Kellen: Nike.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The kids had their Sonshine School program tonight. When we got home, Josh told them they were going straight to bed. Bonnie's reply: "Daddy, I want to watch basketball with you." Shameless bedtime procrastination.

Kids are amazing with their skills in manipulation!

So funny! Especially Bonnie's bedtime stall tactics (we've seen our fair share of those, as well...but that's pretty creative!)

That's great! She is a terrific observer of your habits. That's also a terrific lesson about how our kids learn. Love, Granddad
