Christmas pics

I wish I knew how to rotate these in Blogger. We had pictures taken 2 days before Christmas. Cheesy, yet priceless. I wanted to share a few of the good ones plus some outtakes.=)

Meet Piper!

We went up to Lubbock this last weekend for Christmas with Josh's family and surprised the kids with a new puppy. Josh's parents breed miniature schnauzers and have always said we could have one when we were ready. And all of a sudden, we were. I felt like this was a bigger deal than having a baby in some ways. So the kids were so excited to get a pet, and so far it seems to be working out well. K and B spend a lot of time running around in circles anyway, and the puppy just joins in. She's friendly and tolerant so far, and seems to really like the kids, and us too. Of course, I only got 3 hours sleep last night, so there is that. But that part will pass, and I hope we have a fun family companion for years to come.
